<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air sucking of an oil strainer even in rapid acceleration operation of a vehicle such as repeated sudden acceleration, sudden braking and a sharp turn. <P>SOLUTION: When a large acceleration is applied to a vehicle body and operating oil 60 in an oil pan 20 tends to be moved to one side, the operating oil 60 in a vertical clearance between a first shield part 70 and a second shield part 50 at an upper part of the oil strainer 40 is subjected to an action for balancing flowing of the operating oil 60 between a lower part of the oil strainer 40 and a bottom surface 21 of the oil pan 20 in a direction of a valve body 30 and for preventing its shift, a speed of the operating oil 60 flowing in the direction of the valve body 30 is lowered, and an oil suction opening 41 of the oil strainer 40 is inhibited from being exposed to air and sucking air. Contrarily, when the acceleration to the vehicle body is released, the operating oil in the vertical clearance Y between the first shield part 70 and the second shield part 50 is not subjected to large fluid resistance and can be rapidly returned to a normal oil level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
