PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent emulsified composition of oil-soluble substance having a high-content oil-soluble substance and high transparency, and the substance which maintains transparency and is not turbid even if the oil-soluble substance transparent emulsion composition is utilized in cosmetics and foodstuffs.

SOLUTION: The transparent emulsion composition of oil-soluble substance having high concentration of the oil-soluble substance of 20 wt.% or more, and high transparency showing transmittance through water at 660 nm measured by a spectrophotometer of 97% or more is provided utilizing fructose and/or glucose in high concentration as an emulsifying aid.
