摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication apparatus capable of measuring a correct reception signal strength. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication apparatus 10 includes a sensor 12, wherein a magnetic sheet 14 is pasted on a surface other than the front surface (upper surface) of the sensor 12. Further, an aluminum plate 16 having an area larger than the area of the rear surface of the sensor 12 is pasted on the rear surface with the magnetic sheet 14 sandwiched. The radio communication apparatus 10 having such the configuration is attached on a human abdomen so that the aluminum plate 16 pasted on the rear surface of the sensor 12 can be sandwiched between the human abdomen and the sensor 12. Accordingly, for example, radio waves transmitted from a fixed station (another sensor 12) are not absorbed nor reflected on the human body, nor influenced by a multi-path arising because of an environment where the radio waves are reflected on a wall or pillars. That means, the radio waves from the fixed station are linearly received from the front.
