<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a relation model between quality and an operation easily understandable physically and reflected with an intention of an analytical person, by preparing a division pattern, based on preset division points, by making changeable a selection reference of the model, and by constructing a prediction model reflected with a weight in response to a quality index, in case of dividing an operation factor space when analyzing the relation between an operation factor and the quality. <P>SOLUTION: The division is executed in the preset division points, when preparing the division pattern, and a relational expression model in each local area calculates an undetermined coefficient, by carrying out matrix computation reflected with a weight index in response to the quality. A model selection reference is made selectable each time by the analytical person, by preparing not only an average prediction error but also the number or the like of a learning data bringing a threshold value or more of prediction error, when selecting the optimum division, out of the plurality of prepared division patterns, so as to construct the model reflected with the intention of the analytical person. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
