<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and efficiently convert waste sludge such as waste coating sludge into fuel for a combustion furnace such as a cement calcination furnace. <P>SOLUTION: The converting system 1 of waste sludge into fuel or the like includes a mixing device 5 mixing the waste sludge S and liquid fuel L in middle of conveyance paths 7, 9, 10 to the combustion furnace 21, a first feeder 4 supplying the waste sludge to the mixing device, and a second feeder 8 supplying the liquid fuel to the mixing device, and at the same time, introducing a mixture in the mixing device into the combustion furnace via the conveyance paths by a pressure at supply. The waste sludge and the liquid fuel is mixed in the middle of the conveyance paths to the combustion furnace, and the mixture obtained by the mixing is introduced into the combustion furnace by the supply pressure to the conveyance paths to carry out combustion. A disintegration device 3 disintegrating the waste sludge is provided in a prior stage of the mixing device, disintegrated objects disintegrated by the disintegration device are mixed with the liquid fuel by the mixing device, and the disintegrated objects are crushed in the middle of the conveyance path and introduced into the combustion furnace by the supply pressure to carry out combustion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
