PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance control system for food and drink containers capable of eliminating variation of quantity of food and drink containers to be supplied in a plurality of demand regions on an endless conveyance route. SOLUTION: In this conveyance control system, the food and drink container 6 has an ID tag 14 storing identification information capable of individually identifying the food and drink container 6. The conveyance control system is provided with ID tag reading means 10a, 11a arranged corresponding to the respective demand regions A-C on the conveyance route and reading the identification information on the ID tags 14; a demand quantity counting means 18 for counting demand quantity obtained by removing the food and drink containers 6 from the respective demand regions A-C, based on the read results read by the ID tag reading means 10a, 11a; a supply region determination means 18 for determining a supply region to be supplied with the food and drink containers 6, based on the counted results counted by the demand quantity counting means 18; and a supply region instruction means 16 for instructing that the food and drink containers 6 should be supplied to the supply region determined by the supply region determination means 18.
