PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire allowing sure exertion of an energizing effect, while miniaturizing a conducting part, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire has a protruded article 13 including spew 13a sucked up by a metallic vent hole in vulcanizing molding on a grounding surface 2a of tread rubber 2G. The tread rubber 2G includes a cap part 10 constituting a main part of the grounding surface 2a and made of nonconductive rubber and the conducting part 11 made of conductive rubber and having one end exposed to the grounding surface 2a and the other end connected to a conductive passage electrically conducting with a rim when assembling the rim.
