PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel link specification system which can accurately specify a travel route, based on the location information of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A link a probe car 2 has traveled is detected from the position coordinates of two points of the probe car 2, in particular, out of probe information transmitted from the probe car 2. When it is determined that connected links connected to the detected link are the same link on upper-level map data (S14:YES), the connected links is constituted so as to be specified to be identical in link as a travel link (S18).
