PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin display device enabling a user to perform maintenance of a light source part (circuit board) on a front side of the thin display device without detaching a display part, and achieving equalization of a separation distance to forward of the display part as a whole, and improvement of working efficiency in the maintenance. SOLUTION: A plurality of spots on the periphery part of the display part 1 having a display surface on the front side and the light source part 2 irradiating the display part 1 with light are coupled through coupling bodies 51 and 52 performing parallel motion back and forth, to facilitate the maintenance with exchange of a lamp by moving the display part 1 forward.
