PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjuvant for a flavivirus infectious disease vaccine and an effective and safe flavivirus infectious disease vaccine for single inoculation using the same. SOLUTION: The flavivirus infectious disease vaccine comprises a safe flavivirus antigen, and a biodegradable nanoparticle mainly composed of a polyamino acid or an aluminum hydroxide gel as an effective adjuvant.
