PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor apparatus that improves a motor output. SOLUTION: Dimension in the circumferential direction of stopper accommodation holes 35, formed in such a way as to penetrate the outer peripheral part of a rotor between magnet accommodation holes 32 of the rotor 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 3, is made larger than dimension in the circumferential direction of permanent magnets 8, and stoppers 9 made of a non-magnetic material, which restrict the movement of the permanent magnets 8 in the direction of the outside diameter, are provided in the stopper accommodation holes 35.
