PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fusion protein of antibody or antigen, maintaining a natural heterodimeric structure of heterodimeric cytokine and cytokine, and its production method. SOLUTION: A heterodimeric fusion protein is provided, which contains the first and second chimera chains. The first chimera chain contains a part of an Ig heavy chain connected to the first subunit of a heterodimer cytokine by a peptide bond. The second chimera chain contains a part of an Ig heavy chain connected to the second subunit of the heterodimer cytokine by a peptide bond.
