PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid packaging container capable of maintaining easily, certainly, and at low cost a temperature of a containing liquid, such as liquid beverages like milk or juice, liquid meals, syrups, liquid medicines or the like filling a packaging container after the containing liquid is taken out of a thermal case or a refrigerator. SOLUTION: The liquid packaging container is formed with a laminated packaging material which is formed with a paper base material laminated with a thermoplastic resin outer layer and a thermoplastic resin inner layer, and filled with a liquid content. A liquid temperature control material closely contacts an outer wall of the container, which has at least a covering film layer having thermotolerance and high water absorption and high molecular water absorption polymer layer, for controlling a variation in the liquid temperature of the content.
