<p>An electret capacitor microphone (100) comprises a conductive capsule (7) having an opening (8) in the top surface member (7a), a diaphragm (3) contained in the capsule (7), a capacitor section (C) formed of a back electrode plate (5) arranged oppositely to any one surface of the diaphragm (3) and an electret layer (5a) provided on the diaphragm (3) or the back electrode plate (5), and a cap member (6) provided between the capacitor section (C) and the top surface member (7a) of the capsule (7) and having a sound hole (6a) at a part exposed through the opening (8) wherein the cap member (6) has a portion (V) being sucked by a suction conveyor in the center and the sound hole (6a) is provided along the periphery of the portion (V) being sucked.</p>
