A gear train of automatic transmission for vehicles is provided to minimize the frictional member by arranging dispersively a plurality of friction members. The input shaft(IS) is directly connected to the second planet carrier(PC2). The second sun gear(S2) is connected to the first planetary carrier(PC1). The first ring gear(R1) is connected to the third ring gear(R3). The second ring gear(R2) is connected to the fourth sun gear(S4). The third planetary carrier(PC3) is changeably connected to the fourth planetary carrier(PC4) by the first clutch(C1). The fourth sun gear is changeably connected to the fourth planetary carrier by the second clutch(C2). The second planet carrier is changeably connected to the third sun gear by the third clutch(C3).
