<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water delivery device which prevents erroneous detection to be able to stop or continue water delivery without fail. <P>SOLUTION: The water delivery device includes a water delivering unit, a sensor unit which obtains information on a detection subject through a reflected wave resulting from an emitted electric wave, a control unit which controls water delivery from the water delivering unit, based on a detection signal from the sensor unit, and a memory means. The sensor unit is so disposed that at least part of an emitted electric wave strikes a water flow delivered from the water delivering unit, and receives the reflected wave reflected by the delivered water flow. The control unit examines the relation between a first threshold, which is set larger than the amplitude of the reference value oscillation of the detection signal indicative of a water flow state of simple water delivery from the water delivering unit, and the amplitude of the detection signal received by the sensor unit.
