<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box with tamper-proof function such as pilferage of packaged merchandise and leaving a trace of pilferage even when opened. <P>SOLUTION: In the packaging box in which inner flaps 4 and outer flaps 5 extending from the peripheral wall 8 are overlapped, and these are stuck together with adhesive parts 7 coated with an adhesive to seal them, projections 6 are provided on the peripheral wall 8 by cutting the inner flaps 4, and these projections 6 approach the adhesive parts 7 to cover the gaps between the inner flaps 4 and the outer flaps 5.
