<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel suitable for the freeze preservation of reproductive cells. <P>SOLUTION: The freeze preservation vessel 10 for reproductive cells includes a vessel 11 having a vessel body 21 and a lid 22, a first tube 12 passing through the lid 22 to connect the inner space of the vessel 11 to the outer atmosphere, and a hollow fiber 13 having a first end 24 connected to the inner space side of the vessel 11 at the first tube 12 and an opened second end 25, wherein the inner space of the fiber is connected to the inner space of the first tube 12. A reproductive cell 31 can be taken in the inner space of the hollow fiber 13 by applying a suction pressure to the inner space of the hollow fiber 13 through the first tube 12. When the lid 22 is fitted in the vessel body 21, the culture liquid in the inner space of the hollow fiber 13 and an intracellular fluid of the reproductive cell 31, etc., can be substituted with a vitrifying solution 41 while keeping the state of the reproductive cell 31 included in the inner space of the hollow fiber 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
