PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce local wear of a ball, a valve seat, or the like without priming or the like, with maintaining sure blockage of a channel. SOLUTION: In this reciprocating pump, a drive power supply part 40 comprises an eccentric cam 42, a first piston part 43 and a second piston part 44 made reciprocate by rotation of the eccentric cam 42, a diaphragm drive chamber 2 is provided with a first diaphragm 1A and a second diaphragm 1B therein and is constructed to transmit drive power of the first and the second piston parts 43, 44 to the first and the second diaphragms 1A, 1B via working fluid, and a fluid carrier chamber 2a in the diaphragm drive chamber 2 is provided with an auxiliary drive part 400 to carry the fluid.
