PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain installing structure installable in an eaves gutter with excellent working efficiency, smoothly draining rainwater to a down pipe, and superior in design. SOLUTION: This drain installing structure is composed of a locking cylinder body 1, a drain cylinder body 2 and a cover member 3, and is formed so that the locking cylinder body 1 is composed of a refuse removing part 11, an eaves gutter locking flange 12 and a connecting cylinder part 13 fitted to and inserted into a dropping port 5 of an eaves gutter 4, and the drain cylinder body 2 is formed by arranging a flange part 21 on its upper end, and engages with the connecting cylinder part 13, and an engaging ring part 22 is projected on its outer peripheral surface, and an engaging claw part 311 elastically engaging with the engaging ring part 22 is arranged in the cover member 3, and the cover member 3 is detachably and rotatably installed in the drain cylinder body 2.
