PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a derailment prevention structure of a sliding door supported by a sill rail which can prevent breakage or the like caused by derailment of the sliding door by preventing derailment of the sliding door. SOLUTION: In the derailment prevention structure of the sliding door, the sliding door is supported by the sill rail 1, and travels by being guided by a threshold rail 2 of which the opening 21 is opened downward. The threshold rail 2 is comprised of a C-typed channel. A long slender head 4 is provided to the top of a guide pin 5 in a horizontal position. The long slender head 4 has a width B which is smaller than the opening width A of the opening 21 of the C-typed channel, and has a length C which is larger than the opening width A. Then the lower part of the guide pin 5 is installed on the top surface 31 of the sliding door 3 with flexible rotation, and the long slender head 4 is inserted and rotated in the threshold rail 2 so that it can be stretched over the opening 21.
