Disclosed is a thermoplastic acrylic resin containing (i) a repeating unit derived from a methacrylate monomer, (ii) a repeating unit derived from a vinyl aromatic monomer, (iii) a repeating unit derived from a methacrylate monomer having an aromatic group, and (iv) a cyclic acid anhydride repeating unit. Also disclosed is a molded body for optical members, which is made from the thermoplastic acrylic resin.
