<p>A contact terminal (26ai) is provided with a pair of movable side contact piece parts (26M, 26F) sandwiching or releasing a spherical electrode part (DVa) of a semiconductor device (DV), a fixing-side terminal (26T) having a contact part (26te) abutting on an electrode group (PBE) of a printed wiring board (PB) at one end and a fixing part (26C) coupling base end parts of a pair of the movable side contact piece parts (26M, 26F), which have elasticity, and the other end of the fixing-side terminal (26T). The fixing-side terminal (26T) formed in a bending shape has elasticity, and it is connected to the fixing part (26C) at one end. The fixing-side terminal (26T) is constituted in such a way that a plurality of bending parts (26ta, 26tb, 26tc, 26td) and the contact part (26te) are put in a row.</p> |
