<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting device, which can be applied to a large display panel device. <P>SOLUTION: An element region 110 including a pixel driving circuit including a driving transistor and an organic light-emitting element is formed on a driving circuit 11. The driving circuit 11 is housed in an aging chamber 41, and a voltage is impressed between an positive electrode and a negative electrode of an organic light-emitting element and a pinhole (a short circuit portion) of an organic layer is repaired. By introducing gas from a gas introduction port 43 of the aging chamber 41, an atmosphere inside the aging chamber 41 has an oxygen density of ≥0.1% and <1% and a dew point of ≤-50°C. A temperature increase due to a heat generation of the organic light-emitting element due to impressing the voltage is controlled, and the element region 110 is cooled down or is radiated.
