<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for properly filtering communication data about transaction. <P>SOLUTION: A communication control device comprises a first database 50 in which a normal or abnormal pattern of communication data about transaction is stored, a retrieving circuit 30 which takes in communication data, which is passing a network and is not addressed to its own device, and retrieves a pattern of the communication data about transaction which is transmitted to an accounting server managing transaction in the first database 50; and a process performing circuit 40 for filtering communication data about transaction according to the retrieving result of the retrieving circuit 30.
