WIRELESS TERMINAL AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless terminal and a wireless communication method for allowing operation of its own terminal to be appropriately controlled in accordance with an environmental state of its own terminal.

SOLUTION: The wireless terminal 10 is provided with: a sensor 50 and a capacitance measurement part 12 for measuring capacitance of an object approaching to a self terminal; a determination part 15 for determining the kind of the object approaching the self terminal in accordance with the capacitance measured by the capacitance measurement part 12; and a control unit 16 for controlling operation of the self terminal in accordance with the kind of object approaching the self terminal.
