<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide color-changeable ink of waterborne gravure ink or UV ink whose hue changes by the application of or the immersion in a chemical such as organic solvents, and printed matter using the ink. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to color-changeable ink containing a dye in varnish. UV-curable offset ink or UV-curable intaglio ink can be prepared by using a water-insoluble, organic solvent-soluble type oil-soluble dye as a colorant, and by kneading it with desired varnish.
