<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector system and external storage medium for easily opening a port when a predetermined port is blocked. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor 3 includes an image data transmitting means 71 for transmitting image data to a projector 2 using the previously specified predetermined port, a detecting means 64 for detecting mounting of the external storage medium 4, and a program executing means 65 for executing a predetermined program stored in the external storage medium 4. The external storage medium 4 includes a port information storing means 51 for storing the information on the predetermined port, and a program storing means 52 for storing a port opening program 55 for opening a target port based on the information recorded in the port information storing means 51.
