PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a person specifying system capable of easily extracting the video image of a face at such a level that a person can be specified. SOLUTION: In the person specifying system, a center processor 300 includes: a video storage part 301 for storing video data received from a camera 100; a map processing part 303 for associating the stored video data with coordinate data on a map; a moving track detection engine 305 for detecting the track of a moving body on the video image from the stored video data and the coordinate data on the map; and a face detection engine 304 for detecting the video image projecting the face of a human at such a level that the person can be specified from the video images of the moving body on the track.
