PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system enabling confirmation of the state information of an opposite party and choice of communication timing, thereby freeing its user from a psychological stress. SOLUTION: The mobile communication system includes a plurality of mobile communication terminals 100a, b, a plurality of radio base stations 200a, b to perform radio communication with the plurality of mobile communication terminals 100a, b, and a base station control unit 300 to communicate with the plurality of radio base stations 200a, b and also to perform control thereof. In the above mobile communication system, each of the plurality of mobile communication terminals 100a, b includes a position information acquisition section for acquiring the self position information, and a moving speed information calculation section for calculating moving speed information. The base station control unit 300 controls the plurality of radio base stations 200a, b to transmit a map database 301 and the state information of each mobile communication terminal to a predetermined mobile communication terminal.
