PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow protection paper to be stuck to and interposed between isolation paper coming into contact with, preferably, both side faces of tabular parts of lead terminals without increasing the thickness (diameter) of an entire roll of an electronic component so much due to the protection paper neither increasing electric characteristics, in particular, an equivalent series resistance (ESR) of the electronic component and to both side faces of tabular parts of lead terminals to be protected by a necessary minimum width (length in a rolling-up direction) of the protection paper, when sticking the protection paper to the isolation paper coming into contact with tabular parts of lead terminals in order to enhance the electric insulation performance between a plurality of electrode foils. SOLUTION: Immediately before a required portion to which protection paper 6 (6A and 6B) should be stuck is rolled up, the protection paper 6 (6A and 6B) is supplied from a direction rectangular to a feed direction of isolation paper 5 (5A and 5B) and electrode foils 4 (4P and 4M), and the protection paper 6 (6A and 6B) having a narrow width somewhat wider than the width of tabular parts 3b of lead terminals 3 (3P and 3M) is mainly stuck.
