PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe-supporting device which can be placed within a through-hole for a pipe passing through the through-hole made in a reinforced concrete wall. SOLUTION: The through-hole 7 is made in the reinforced concrete wall 5 for a reactor container in an atomic power plant, and the pipe 1 is passed through the through-hole 7. From the end of the through-hole 7, a support member 2 is inserted into the gap between the pipe 1 and the interior face of the through-hole 7. As for the space left around the pipe in the hole, a wider space is ensured in the direction allowing displacement of the pipe 1 as compared with the space in the other direction. The support member 2 is detachably fixed to a support plate 11 with bolts 6. The support plate 11 is detachably fixed to the wall 5 with stud bolts 4 and nuts 12. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
