PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a plurality of fastened members coated with films, and to electrically continue them by using a usual blind rivet without requiring a rib. SOLUTION: A first fastened member 1 and a second fastened member 15 coated with coating films 19 are connected to each other and electrically continued to each other by using a blind rivet 17 having a conductive rivet body constituted of a flange 21 and a sleeve 22. Before coating the first fastened member 1 forming one surface, there is formed a conical hole 6 to which the sleeve of the blind rivet 17 can be inserted by using a punch and a die so as to form a protrusion 10 extending in the radial direction at the inclined surface of the conical hole 6.
