PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic power transmitting device easy to adjust phase and gap and for increasing the transmitted torque. SOLUTION: This magnetic power transmitting device 100 for transmitting power is formed by arranging a main magnetic cylinder 111, in which N poles and S poles are alternately arranged in the cylinder surface 113, and a main magnetic disk 121, in which N poles and S poles are alternately arranged in the disk surface 123, opposite to each other. In this magnetic power transmitting device 100, an auxiliary magnetic cylinder 112 in which N poles and S poles are alternately arranged in the cylinder surface 113, and an auxiliary magnetic disk 122, in which N poles and S poles are alternately arranged in the disk surface 113, are provided in symmetrical positions.
