PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for collecting and re-using an unburned fuel by separating condensed water from an EGR gas in an exhaust recirculation device of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This exhaust recirculation device comprises: a low pressure EGR passage 31; a cooling means which is disposed in the low pressure EGR passage 31 and which has a cooling chamber 41 for cooling a low pressure EGR gas flowing through the low pressure EGR passage 31; a separating tank 42 for storing the condensed liquid condensed from the low pressure EGR gas cooled by the cooling means; a mechanism having a condensed water discharge passage 43 for discharging the condensed water in the condensed liquid stored in the separating tank 42 to the exhaust passage 7; and a mechanism having an unburned fuel collection passage 45 for collecting a light oil in the condensed liquid stored in the separating tank 42 to a fuel tank 3.
