PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile joint material for a prefabricated form method, which is for use in manufacturing a tiled precast concrete board, wherein the tile joint material for the prefabricated form method is high in surface strength on both sides thereof, and excellent in smoothness of substrate side surfaces. SOLUTION: The joint material 16 is made of a polyolefin resin foamed sheet. Both surfaces of the polyolefin foamed sheet are subjected to electron beam treatment before foaming of the sheet, and a single surface of the polyolefin resin foamed sheet is subjected to smoothing processing which is carried out by pressing the sheet with a roll while heating the sheet, after foaming of the sheet.
