PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable winding machine which can be mounted at any position of cable, not only a center of the cable, and does not require time and labor for machining the cable and mounting that to a reel. SOLUTION: The cable winding machine has a cable wind-up reel 5 rotatably supported in a case 4; a cable towing pulley 14 revolving about the wind-up reel 5; and a drawing pulley 17 rotating with the cable wind-up reel 5 and set to draw the cable longer than length wound by the cable wind-up reel 5. One end of the cable drawn into the case 4 is fixed, and the cable drawn by the drawing pulley 17 is led by the revolving cable towing pulley 14 to be wound around the cable wind-up reel 5.
