PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl grille structure of a vehicle capable of preventing the entry of rain in an engine room side through divided surfaces of a cowl grille. SOLUTION: A cowl grille 20 is constituted by butting divided surfaces LA of a plurality of divided grilles 20AR, 20AL divided in the vehicle width direction to each other. The divided grilles 20AR, 20AL have a vertically extending longitudinal wall part 30 located below a rear edge of a bonnet 6, and a flat part 31 extending forwardly from a lower end of the longitudinal wall part 30. In the divided surface LA, a lower end of the longitudinal wall part 30 and a rear end of the flat part 31 are connected to each other by a downward recessed connection part 42, and an upper portion of the connection part 42 forms a space 43 for edge trimming for blocking any travel of rain from the longitudinal wall part 30 to the flat part 31.
