摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability and an exothermal efficiency by strongly joining a glass base plate to a thin glass thermal storage layer. SOLUTION: The exothermal resistance element component comprises a support base plate 2 of an insulator, an insulative film 4 of an insulator disposed on the front surface of the support base plate 2, a plurality of exothermal resistors 5 disposed with an interval on the insulative film 4, common wiring 6a connected to one end of each exothermal resistor 5, and individual wiring 6b connected to the other end of each exothermal resistor 5, wherein a recess 9 is mounted in the area located on the surface of the support base plate 2 and facing the exothermal part of the exothermal resistors 5, and a conductive layer 3 is mounted between the support base plate 2 and the insulative film 4.
