PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recorder which can print required comment information such as the purpose of main print information on a recording sheet so that the comment information can be discriminated from the main print information. SOLUTION: An image recorder 20, having a print output section 10, receiving print data transmitted from a communication terminal 30 and printing the print data thus received, comprises a control section 1 wherein the print data includes main print information to which a print command is attached and comment information which is attached to the main print information, the main print information is printed on a page of a recording sheet specified by the print command, and the comment information is printed on a print page of a recording sheet specified previously by a program to be executed and different from the page for printing the main print information.
