PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for inspecting an inkjet recording head, capable of efficiently and accurately inspecting ink-droplet ejecting properties of nozzles of a recording head. SOLUTION: The scattering state of ink droplets ejected from the nozzles are continuously photographed a plurality of times, and the ink droplet deviation in the ejecting direction is calculated based on the positions of the ink droplets in the plurality of photographed images.
