PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary wheel type continuous extruding device, a heating device and a continuous extruding method, wherein the plastic deformation resistance of the base stock for extrusion when starting extrusion can be reduced easily and at low cost, and also the deformation of tools is prevented and a metallic extruded material can be produced stably for a long term. SOLUTION: A heating device 20 for heating a rotary wheel 1 is attachably and detachably provided on the rotary wheel 1 and the heating device 20 has a hot air supplying means 22 for supplying the hot air and a duct 23 for circulating the hot air.
