PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize an electric washer capable of efficiently improving washability by quickly permeating washing water sprinkled on washing in the initial stage of washing to the whole of the washing. SOLUTION: Rotating a pulsator disk 4 normally and reversely on the bottom part of a washing and drying tub 2 set in an outer tub 6, high detergent concentration washing water is circulated by a washing water circulation pump 31 so as to sprinkle the washing water on washing on the pulsator disk 4 to carry out washing in the electric washer. In the initial stage of washing, a time for normally and reversely rotating the pulsator disk 4 is shortened than a time for normally and reversely rotating thereafter to quickly permeate washing water in the whole of the washing.
