PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe having a superior waterproof property and stuffiness preventing property. SOLUTION: This shoe 2 includes an upper 4, a sole part 6 and an inner member 16. The upper 4 has a surface material 18. The inner member 16 has a sole face 26, side faces 22 and 24 and an instep part 36. The sole face 26, the side faces 22 and 24 and the instep part 36 are formed of waterproof sheets. The instep part 36 is provided with through-holes 35. Preferably, a Double Russel Mesh material 17 is disposed between the instep part 36 of the inner member 16 and the surface material 18. The Double Russel Mesh material 17 is laminated on the upper side of the instep part 16 while contacting with the instep part 36 of the inner member 16. The Double Russel Mesh material 17 is extended to the edge part E1 of the upper 4 and the Double Russel Mesh material 17 or a permeable member disposed adjacent to the Double Russel Mesh material is exposed outside the shoe 2 at the edge part E1.
