PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiotherapy information service system and a radiotherapy information service program which can measure and display a radiation dose by acquiring scattered ray data in real time during radiotherapy, and by using the data. SOLUTION: A detector having a collimator is installed in the position forming a prescribed angle (scattering angle) with respect to a therapeutic X-ray beam, scans a three-dimensional area of the interior of a subject by selectively detecting only scattered rays coming in that direction, and by executing the detection while maintaining the angle formed by the axis of a therapeutic X-ray beam radiated from the irradiation section and the detection surface of the detector. The system reorganizes scattered ray volume data by using three-dimensional scattered ray data relating to the obtained prescribed scattering angle, converts the scattered ray volume data to absorbed dose volume data showing the three-dimensional distribution of the absorbed radiation dose, and generates an absorbed radiation dose image.
