PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably lock a skin material by means of a simple locking process. SOLUTION: An engagement hole 38 piercing in the depth direction is formed on a plate body 32, and an engagement projection 42 to be inserted and engaged with the engagement hole 38 is formed on a hook member 40. An end of the skin material 4S is fixed on the rear side of the hook member 40 different from a turned-up side, and by winding the hook member 40 around an edge end of the plate body 32 thereafter, the engagement projection 42 is inserted and engaged with the engagement hole 38.
