<p>A radio communication system comprises a radio access network (10) and a radio communication device (60). The radio communication device (60) includes: a control unit (61) for, when re-establishing a radio access bearer between a DCH and an unlink E-DCH and between the DCH and a downlink HSDPA, setting an initial value used for the encryption of the radio access bearer after the re-establishment; and a transmission and reception unit (62) for transmitting, to the radio access network (10), the initial value set by the control unit (61) and used after the re-establishment.</p> |
