<p>A motorcycle water-cooling engine is provided, in which a water pump is mounted on an engine cylinder block (2) and a water pump gear (3) is driven by a timing chain (4). A drainage passage (9) of the water pump is linear passage and faces an outlet in radial direction of an impeller (10) of the water pump. An inlet passage (11) provided in the engine cylinder (2) connects the drainage passage (9) of the water pump and a water-cooling passage of the cylinder (2). A center line of the inlet passage (11) of the engine cylinder (2) connects tangentially with the water-cooling passage of the cylinder. Technical effect of the engine can be obtained as follows: installation structure and driving model of the water pump are more reasonable, resistance of the drainage passage is lower, installation and maintain of the water pump are convenient, cooling effect is better under the same output power of the water pump and manufacture cost of the engine in total is less.</p> |
