摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The method involves spraying plastic on a set of functional carriers of a functional carrier plate comprising a set of metallic punching and/or deep-drawn parts. A set of plastic functional elements e.g. axles, shafts and thread units, is connected firmly with a metal carrier by a plastic extrusion coating. A metallic base body is perforated in a region of the plastic function carriers and plastic connections to provide an intimate connection of the metallic carrier with the plastic functional elements. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for producing a micromechanical chassis element for admission of an electromechanical system. Uses include but are not limited to a hard disk, gyroscope, DVD drive assembly or a sensor. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method enables the production of the chassis element in a simple, economical and efficient manner, produces precision functional carrier, by punching and injection molding, with high reproducibility in a simple manner, reduces thermal expansion of metallic component, avoids influences of water absorption or shrinkage and distortion, and produces accurate microstructure and global position of a plastic tool.
