PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage control device capable of reducing the time required for duplexing recovery processing. SOLUTION: Whether data is stored in a recovery target slice is determined, and if the data is stored, the recovery target slice and an unused slice are duplexed, and copy processing of data is performed.
